RFP 2027 - 02 Economic Development Plan Update

The City of Woodstock, Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is seeking proposals from experienced firms to develop a comprehensive, action oriented Economic Development Plan (EDP) that positions Woodstock for continued economic diversification and growth over the next ten (10) years. The Economic Development Plan must be evidence-based, community-informed, and implementation ready. The plan should align with the City¿s Comprehensive Plan and should provide a long-term plan for increasing commercial investment, attracting new jobs, and identifying new economic development opportunities for the community to undertake.
