On-Call Traffic Signal Maintenance/Repairs and Preventative Maintenance Services

This is an invitation to submit a proposal to The City of Villa Rica for On-Call Traffic signal Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance Services. Sealed bids will be received at the City of Villa Rica 571 W Bankhead Hwy, Villa Rica, GA City Hall Building prior to 12:00 pm Thursday, August 20, 2026. Proposals will not be opened and read aloud. Proposals will be evaluated by City Staff based on the criteria set forth in the RFP. Instructions for preparation and submission of a proposal are contained in this packet. Proposals must be typed or printed in ink. Proposals submitted must include the Fee Schedule along with all required documents and be returned in a sealed envelope or container marked, " On-Call Traffic Signal Maintenance/Repairs and Preventative Maintenance Services" on the outside. Proposals may not be considered unless so received. Proposals shall include: One (1) original Three (3) printed copies One electronic PDF copy Any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted in writing by 10am, August 10, 2026, to Mark Teal, PE at TealE2.Consulting@gmail.com. The City will not respond to any questions received within 10 days prior to August 20, 2026. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all email addresses as an addendum and posted as an addendum on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, on the City website at the following link: https://villarica.gov/departments/finance/purchasing/bid_opportunities.php .
