Sealed proposals for construction of Northeast Downtown Watermain Replacement: Anderson/Cleghorn will be received until Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically at QuestCDN.com. No paper submissions will be allowed. Any proposal received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No proposal may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of sixty (60) days. Under this contract, the Contractor must furnish the labor and materials necessary to install approximately 3,100 LF of 10¿ water main, 100 LF of 8¿ water main, 1,050 LF of 6¿ water main, and all valves, fittings, bores, service transfers and other appurtenances necessary for complete installation. The City shall provide the 10¿ D.I. pipe. All other materials will be supplied by the Contractor. Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents are available at www.QuestCDN.com.
