Select BidX/Letting and then click the appropriate Letting month. The Notice to Contractors lists projects, project descriptions, locations, and estimated quantities for each project. This document will also include Special Notices to Contractors. Specification Section 102 provides the Bidding Requirements and Conditions required for entities submitting bids.
