Description
The City of McDonough is accepting supplemental Statements of Qualifications from general contractors for admission to its existing Prequalified General Contractor Pool for Residential Housing Rehabilitation Projects. This opportunity supplements original SOQ No. MCD-CED-SOQ-FY27-002. Contractors already admitted to the pool remain admitted and do not need to resubmit. New respondents will be evaluated under the qualifications and criteria in the attached supplemental SOQ. Admission to the pool does not guarantee a project award.
