KEMP DRIVE WATER MAIN UPGRADE � PROPOSALS will be accepted until 11:30 a.m. local time on Thursday, May 28, 2026, by the City of Cumming � Utilities Department at Cumming City Hall, 100 Main Street, 4th Floor, Suite 401, Cumming, GA 30040. The PROPOSALS received will be announced in the ground floor conference room. Submit PROPOSALS to the Utilities Department Receptionist located on the 4th floor, Suite 401. Any PROPOSAL received after 11:30 am will be returned unopened. Upon payment of $25.00 (non-refundable), the Contractor will be added to the Plan Holders list, and only plan holders are eligible to submit a PROPOSAL for the project.
