Impact Fee Study

The City of Richmond Hill is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct am Impact Fee Study. This study will analyze the feasibility of implementing impact fees and establish a structured fee schedule during calendar year 2027. The selected firm will ensure compliance with the Georgia Development Impact Fee Act of 1990, as amended.
