CMS #211060 RFQ Pre-Disaster DRR This solicitation is published using both the Colorado Vendor Self-Service portal (VSS) and the Rocky Mountain BidNet systems. Proposing vendor/consultant(s) must be registered on both VSS and BidNet in order to download solicitation documents and information and to be considered responsive at the time set for submission competitive quotations. Proposer/vendor (selected consultant(s)) registration (Colorado VSS Registration and BidNet Registration) has to be current as of the Submission Deadline, specific to this RFQ, and as noted on the Colorado VSS and BidNet webpages. Proposer/vendor/consultant(s) registration status is based on the Proposer Federal Employer Tax ID Number (FEIN).
