The City of Savannah is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Environmental Protection Agency Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund program administrative services and services from a Qualified Environmental Professionals (QEP). Proposal will be received through the Procurement & Contracts Division supplier portal until 1:30 PM on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. The names of the respondents will be read aloud at the Coastal Georgia Center Auditorium, 305 Fahm Street, Savannah, GA 31401. Only electronically submitted proposals will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids. Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered.
