26-111 Enterprise Asset Management System

The City of Brookhaven seeks proposals for an enterprise asset management system (EAMS) supporting Public Works, Parks, and Facilities operations. The solution must be GIS-centric, cloud deployed, mobile enabled, and support lifecycle management of public assets. The system must support comprehensive reporting and analysis and integrates with the City¿s existing ArcGIS Enterprise environment with minimal disruption to current systems. The preferred solution will utilize the City¿s GIS REST Services API (https://maps.brookhavenga.gov/arcgis/rest/services) to access and manage city assets, preserve GIS as the authoritative source of asset data, and avoid disconnected or unnecessary duplication of asset datasets. Alternative solutions may be considered; however, preference will be given to those requiring the fewest changes to the City¿s existing databases, GIS architecture, and business systems.
