The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as ¿Owner,¿ on behalf of the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), (¿Using Agency¿), will accept electronic bids for the project entitled East Central Regional Hospital Treatment Hall in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. Scope of work: to renovate the gymnasium into a treatment mall. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
