Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Albany, Procurement Division, 222 Pine Avenue, Suite 260, Albany, Georgia 31701, until 2:30 p.m. on October 27, 2026, for all work required for the water system valve exercising project in accordance with bid documents, specifications, and all other contract documents. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the above-stated time and place. This project will be awarded for a fixed term commencing from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed and terminating absolutely on June 30, 2027.
