Air Traffic Control Tower Construction

The Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the construction of a new Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) building, including associated demolition, site grading, and drainage improvements; installation of utilities; construction of bituminous driveway and parking lot pavement; installation of concrete sidewalks; implementation and maintenance of erosion and sediment control measures; and installation of pavement markings. All work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and applicable local, state, and FAA requirements.
