Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Albany, Procurement Division, 222 Pine Avenue, Suite 260, Albany, Georgia 31701, until 2:30 p.m. on September 08, 2026, from a contractor to provide all labor and equipment necessary to install 1-2 inch HDPE primary power conduit between transformers via directional bore method as shown on provided drawings at a minimum depth of 3.5 ft.
