2027-180000-0707-001113-Group 6-2 HVAC Replacement

The project involves comprehensive replacement and upgrade of the building¿s HVAC systems, including wall-hung and rooftop air conditioning units, furnaces, fan coil units, heat pumps, and ceiling-mounted water source heat pumps, with reuse of existing ductwork where feasible. Work also includes installation of new energy recovery units and a roof-mounted kitchen exhaust and make-up air system. The central plant will be fully replaced, including the cooling tower, heat exchanger, pumps, boilers, and associated piping, insulation, and accessories. Additional scope includes integrating all new equipment into the existing DDC controls system and modifying gas piping and electrical connections to support the new installations.
