This project replaces interior floor and wall finishes throughout the school (excluding kitchen and bathroom floors) and replaces all restroom fixtures along with the accessories. The front entrance will receive a new security vestibule, with new storefront windows and doors with security glazing and a transaction window into the office. Differential settlement at the rear of the building will be stabilized with helical piers, and exterior brick will be removed and replaced where it has separated. The parking lot, bus loop, and fire lane will be repaved and new aluminum canopies installed at the bus loop.
