2026-13 Green Acres Water Main Replacement

Separate sealed Bids for construction of Green Acres Water Main Replacement (Bid Number 2026-13) will be received until August 20, 2026, at 10:00a.m. at Covington City Hall, 2194 Emory Street NW, Covington, GA 30014. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud at 2116 Stallings Street, Covington, GA 30014. The project generally consists of the installation of 6,460 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main and 480 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron water main, along with the construction of twenty (20) new fire hydrant assemblies and associated appurtenances. Work also includes the transfer of existing water services to the new distribution system, abandonment of obsolete water infrastructure, and restoration of disturbed areas.
