Water Treatment Plant Chemical Feed and Control Building Upgrades

The City of Cartersville, Georgia (Owner) requests sealed proposals from qualified Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) firms for Phase I preconstruction services and, if authorized by the Owner, Phase II construction services for the WATER TREATMENT PLANT CHEMICAL FEED AND CONTROL BUILDING UPGRADES (Project). The principal work areas include constructing a new Chemical Feed Building, rehabilitating the existing Control Building, and providing associated site, process, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, yard piping, temporary facilities, and operational coordination.
