Unit 5 Annual Sulfuric Acid Supply

This ITB is seeking bidders to furnish a guaranteed supply of 93% Sulfuric Acid suitable for the Unit 5 Cooling Tower at the McIntosh Power Plant. The acid will be delivered to a 5,500 gallon storage vessel at the facility. Material is to be delivered "FOB Destination". Bidders and bid submissions must meet all requirements of the specification attachment of this ITB titled "Annual Sulfuric Acid Supply Spec 2026". Bid prices must be made in accordance with section 2.4 Pricing of the specification. This ITB may be used by other City of Lakeland departments if applicable . THIS ITB SHALL RESULT IN A ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT WITH AN OPTION FOR FOUR (4), ONE (1) YEAR RENEWALS UPON MUTUAL CONSENT.
