Phillippi Creek Phase II Maximum Allowable Dredging

What is the solicitation method? Project consists of dredging approximately 77,160 CY over an estimated 33,500 LF with dredge material management area preparation, material handling, disposal, turbidity control & monitoring, and site restoration. Dredging will be performed within the limits to restore the permitted design elevation of -4 feet MLW between US 41 & South Beneva Road. Bidder's offer shall be irrevocable for a period commencing upon the date of bid opening, for 180 days or until the County's issuance of Notice to Proceed, whichever occurs first. The County anticipates executing a construction contract that will remain in effect for the duration of the project.
