Notice to Sole Source Autosampler - used to collect composite samples required by FDEP

This is not a Request for Proposal, and no solicitation is available. The City’s Utilities Department intends to sole source Autosampler used to collect composite samples. The City plans to negotiate and award a contract to a single source under the authority of, and in accordance with, Florida Statute 287.057(3)(c). Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent will be considered solely to determine whether a competitive procurement process is warranted. Responses will not be treated as proposals, bids, or quotes.
