Notice to Sole Source Andritz - Service and Maintenance Agreement for Centrifuge Parts & Service

This is not a Request for Proposal, and no solicitation is available. The City’s Utilities Department intends to sole source parts and services for centrifuge parts and services. The City plans to negotiate and award a contract to a single source under the authority of, and in accordance with, Florida Statute 287.057(3)(c). Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent will be considered solely to determine whether a competitive procurement process is warranted. Responses will not be treated as proposals, bids, or quotes.
