Nextpoint e-Discovery Platform

THIS IS NOT A BID. The Department of Financial Services, Office of Financial Regulation intends to enter into an agreement with Nextpoint, Inc. e-Discovery for the purchase of software licenses and support. Based on the advertising process, no prospective vendor could provide the required product. Therefore, the Department intends to award Nextpoint, Inc. e-Discovery Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Contract Award will commence on November 5, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. (ET) and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekend until November 10, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. (ET). Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57 (3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceeding under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
