The purpose of this Invitation to Quote is to obtain a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive rebuilding and repair services for Fairbanks-Morse OP Blower and vertical drive assembly. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to inspect, disassemble, evaluate, and rebuild the blower and vertical drive assembly for the Fairbanks Morse OP engine model 38TDD8‑1/8. All work shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical manual and industry‑standard diesel engine overhaul practices.
