Intent to Single Source Beck Electric Actuators

The City of Tampa McKay Bay Waste to Energy (WTE) facility intends to single source Beck electric actuators for valves and dampers from Harold Beck and Sons, Inc. The McKay Bay Waste to Energy (WTE) facility has twelve fans that require electric damper drive systems on the primary air fan, secondary air fans, and ID fans. Only OEM parts and components can provide satisfactory repairs to these systems.
