Information Technology Platform Solution

FDOH, Bureau of Epidemiology, has the need to purchase a modified solution for the current uploader process for the file transfer between the FPICN and ESSENCE-FL. The modified solution would replace older methodology with the NPDS Uploader approach that utilizes an XML file format upload method. The modified solution would use the existing NPDS XML file to add new data elements and incorporate the ExpLab table in the database into the XML. In addition, development of the following configuration elements as part of the modified solution will also be needed: timing (interval between upload and wait time for acknowledgement file), IP address of upload server, protocol, and login credentials/authentication (encrypted).
