HVAC Replacement at Fish Hawk Recreation Center

The HVAC Replacement at Fish Hawk Recreation Center project includes the removal and replacement of four (4) direct-expansion split systems with high-efficiency split system units with dehumidification capabilities via variable speed fans and multi-stage compressors. New condensing units will be mounted on new concrete pads and at grade. New air handling units will be located in the existing mechanical rooms as shown. The existing refrigerant piping and condensate piping will be removed, and new refrigerant lines are to be routed to the indoor air handling units. The existing standalone control wiring is to remain in place for the connection of new zone sensors. New direct-expansion split systems will be provided with their own internal control systems including new programmable thermostats.
