Renovation of the Brinson Perry Dog Park

The renovation of the Brinson-Perry Dog park project consists of the demolition, fill dirt removal and disposal, earth leveling and regrading of the construction site and legal disposal of the existing dog park materials per the demolition plans provided, construction of the new dog park - installation of a masonry retaining wall, new chain link fencing, 240 square foot shade pavilion, refurbishing of the existing water guzzlers (2), demo, removal and installation of new landscaping. The new dog park shall be in accordance with engineered plans, specifications, and construction documents prepared by K2M Design and MPA.
