FL Regional Law Enforcement Information Exchange (LInX) system Maintenance and Technical Support AD

The FDLE’s Florida Regional LInX system, essential for law enforcement data sharing, was originally acquired through a competitive ITN from Northrop Grumman in 2015. This system integrates data from various sources, including RMS, JMS, CAD, pawn systems, and registries. On February 1, 2021, Peraton, Inc. acquired Northrop Grumman’s Federal IT and mission support services. Since then, Peraton has maintained uninterrupted service for our LInX system. FDLE is seeking to continue receiving these vital maintenance and support services through a single source procurement. Peraton is the only entity authorized under federal contract N00189-22-D-Z036 to perform maintenance and support on the Law Enforcement Information Exchange (LInX) system. The proprietary software and systems administration tasks integral to LInX are exclusively managed by Peraton, ensuring compliance, security, and operational continuity. This includes exclusive responsibility for the Florida Regional LInX node, covering all aspects such as preventive maintenance, system administration, and proprietary software support. Given these circumstances, Peraton is the only vendor capable of fulfilling FDLE's needs for this system.
