Engineering Services for St. Armands Resiliency and Flood Mitigation

What is the solicitation method? The County requires a qualified engineering firm to provide design, permitting, and bid phase services for stormwater & flood mitigation work for the St. Armands Resiliency & Flood Mitigation Project. The County expects to award a CCNA Specific Project Agreement to run for the duration of the project.
