Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Entity for the Airside 2 Wing Expansion Program (BP-00517)

The Aviation Authority intends to select a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Entity to provide comprehensive design collaboration, design assist, preconstruction, and construction services for construction of the Airside 2 Wing Expansion Program. The Aviation Authority is seeking a national leader with extensive experience and proficiency as a CMAR for comparable aviation capital programs to deliver the Airside 2 Wing Expansion Program, within the approved schedules and budgets, at the quality expected of a world-class airport facility. Preferred CMAR technical expertise shall include modular, prefabricated, and off-site construction strategies.
