Boiler Replacement - MC Blanchard Judicial Building - Equipment Only

The procurement is an advanced equipment package purchase for the replacement of multiple non-operational boilers and pump equipment. This is an equipment purchase ONLY . The equipment should be delivered to Escambia County Facilities Management 100 E. Blount Street, Pensacola, FL 32501. The non-operational equipment is beyond life expectancy and needs immediate replacement. Although the installation of this equipment is in the professional design phase, the County is seeking to advance purchase the equipment in order to time delivery with installation scheduled to be complete prior to November 15, 2026. The design for this project is based on AERCO BENCHMARK 3000 Low NOx Boilers (natural gas fired) and TACO KS3007 vertical inline Pumps. New boiler equipment to match existing equipment at downtown Governmental Complex installed in 2026.
