Myrtle Grove Fire Station 11 - Construction

The Escambia County Board of County Commissioners ("County") invites sealed bids from qualified and licensed contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, and incidentals necessary for the complete construction of the Escambia Fire-Rescue Myrtle Grove Station 11. The Project consists of the demolition of the existing fire station, site development, and construction of a new approximately 12,780-square-foot, three-bay fire station designed to accommodate ten (10) emergency response personnel. As an essential public safety facility, the station has been designed to meet current operational requirements, resiliency standards, and applicable stormwater management criteria. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Contract Documents, including the Drawings, Specifications, and all other requirements contained in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). The Project site is located at 7209 Lillian Highway, Pensacola, Florida 32506, identified as Parcel No. 11-2S-31-5300-000-000.
