FY26 ICAM HSPD-12 Branch Program Support Services

In accordance with federal acquisition regulations, notice is hereby provided that the GSA has officially awarded a sole-source, logical follow-on contract for FY26 ICAM HSPD-12 Branch Program Support Services to Deloitte Consulting LLP. This critical requirement ensures uninterrupted Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) operations and Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) federal compliance. The specialized nature of the active vetting infrastructure and credentialing lifecycles required continuous, highly technical support. Awarding to an alternative source would have introduced unacceptable security delays and a substantial duplication of costs that could not be recovered through competition.
