Travel Management Office (TMO) Travel Program (Defense Travel System (DTS) & Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC)) and Mail Management Center (MMC) Technical and Administrative Support Services

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (SSN) announcement. SSNs are issued to assist the Agency in performing market research to determine industry interest and capability. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. Therefore, no proposals are being requested or accepted in response to this SSN. In accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, SSP is conducting market research to determine if sources are capable of successfully performing the requirements identified in this SSN. Specifically, SSP is seeking capable firms to provide Travel Management Office (TMO) Travel Program support for the Defense Travel System (DTS) and Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC), as well as Mail Management Center (MMC) technical and administrative support services for Strategic Systems Programs. The requirement is currently anticipating a Firm-Fixed-Price, Level-of-Effort (FFP-LOE), Term Contract CLIN support for a five-year ordering period from 10 May 2027 through 9 May 2032. Support includes travel program management, help desk support, travel auditing and analysis, GTCC administrative support, and official mail handling operations.
