This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gather details on vendor capabilities, relevant experience, and potential solutions for development of this course that would inform HSI contracting decisions. Please note that this RFI is for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to contract. For more detail of this requirement, please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Your responses are due on August 03, 2026 at 10:am EST, via email to Muharrem.Sayan@ice.dhs.gov, "YOUR RESPONSES SHALL NOT EXCEED 3 PAGES" Below is the requested information: Organizational Overview: Please provide a brief summary of your organization, including relevant experience and qualifications in developing accredited CME courses for HCPs. Capabilities: Description of your technical and operational capabilities related to the development of trusted, evidence-based training materials, including any relevant proprietary research. Past Performance: Examples of previous contracts or projects similar in scope and complexity. Proposed Solution: Overview of your approach to course development, including curriculum design, instructional videos, interactive models, assessments, etc. Methods for Delivery: Methods for ensuring course accessibility and usability to HCPs on the IPR Center’s centralized training resource hub and/or integration with CME platforms. Estimated Timeline and Pricing Structure: General information on development and delivery timelines and pricing, if available. Additional Information: Any other details you believe are relevant to our requirements.
