Welles Turner Memorial Library Site Improvements

The Town of Glastonbury will receive on-line bids to adjust the site access drive along the rear of the library & to alter the pedestrian walkways around the rear entrance. Additional work includes installation of a traffic island. The base bid is for the island to be colored stamped concrete, & the bid alternate is for the island to be granite pavers on a reinforced concrete base. Bid proposals for this solicitation are done online through a secure e-Procurement portal at the following link: https://glastonburyct.bonfirehub.com/, under the bid title “GL-2027-06 – Welles Turner Memorial Library Site Improvements”. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid except as otherwise expressly provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and labor and material payment bonds in the full amount of the agreed contract price.
