The Town is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms (each a "Consultant") to provide Town Wide Bridge/Culvert assessment to the Town of Plainfield for all its bridges listed on the CTDOT bridge inventory list (see attached). The Town is seeking to develop a Long-Range Master Capital Plan for maintenance, rehabilitation and/or replacement.
