Steele Blvd Park

The Town of Berlin is seeking to engage the services of a contractor for the redevelopment of a 0.29-acre Town-owned parcel located at 30 Steele Boulevard into a public community park. The site is situated within Steele Center, a mixed-use development that includes commercial and residential uses. Electronically sealed responses will be accepted via the Town’s OpenGov Procurement portal until 10:00a.m. on Thursday, August 6th, 2026, at which time they will be automatically opened.
