Revaluation Services-Town of South Windsor

The TOWN OF SOUTH WINDSOR, Connecticut, is undertaking a program to revalue all Real Property, effective October 1, 2027. Contractors interested in providing the Revaluation Services set forth in the attached Specifications are invited to deliver 5 (five) copies of the proposals to the TOWN OF SOUTH WINDSOR, no later than 11:00 AM, June 29, 2026, at which time and place such proposals will be opened and read. Proposals submitted after that time and date will be rejected. All proposals shall be sealed, addressed to the Town Manager’s Office, 1540 Sullivan Avenue, SOUTH WINDSOR, CT 06074 and marked: "TOWN OF SOUTH WINDSOR, CT Proposals for 2027 Revaluation Services"
