Description
NEST is seeking qualifications from community engagement organization interested in providing professional outreach services for community feedback on the development of a Master Plan for parcels collectively named and formerly known as the Chase Rolling Mill Industrial Complex and the Waterbury Clock Company and other surrounding/abutting/adjacent properties in Waterbury, Connecticut. Our vision for the community engagement firm will emphasize collaboration, listening, organization of ideas, and feedback into manageable soundbites and tangible concepts.
