REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 2026-1 BANKING, INVESTMENTS, AND OPEB TRUST ADMIN

The Housing Authority of the City of Middletown, Connecticut (MHA), is publishing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals for banking, investments and OPEB trust administration services, for an initial period of three years. MHA is seeking one or more firms to provide banking, investment, and OPEB trust administration services to MHA, its affiliated Connecticut non-stock corporation, Forest City Development Corporation (“FCDC”) and any other corporate entities created and controlled by MHA or FCDC.
