Description
The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk (“the Aquarium” or “TMA”), invites qualified consulting teams to submit proposals to develop a comprehensive, ten-year master plan. The master plan will align with the unique aspects of TMA’s ten-year strategic plan, An Aquarium Without Walls, including delivering on the Aquarium’s vision, mission, and values. The selected consultant will provide a phased, financially viable roadmap aligned with the organization’s mission and growth objectives.
