Police Promotional Exams

An appropriate and qualified, professional Consultant is sought to develop, validate, administer and score promotional exam processes for Police Ranks within the New Haven Police Department, New Haven, Connecticut (NHFD). This includes one or more of the following positions: Police Captain Police Lieutenant Police Sergeant Police Detective Said selection process should incorporate best practices currently used in the field of pre-employment testing that are determined appropriate for use in the New Haven Police Department. Bidders are further noticed that all proposals must: recommend processes that meet all legal requirements, recommend processes that meet all relevant Federal EEOC guidelines, recommend processes that are cost effective.
