This specification establishes the minimum design, manufacturing, testing, inspection, documentation, and performance requirements for single-phase, oil-filled, overhead pole-mounted distribution transformers for installation on: • 13.8 kV Grounded Wye (13.8GY/7.97 kV) • 7.97 kV Distribution Systems • 4.8 kV Delta Distribution Systems Transformers furnished under this specification shall be new, current production, utility-grade equipment intended for continuous outdoor service on electric distribution systems.
