Norwalk Senior Center Patio Project

The City of Norwalk is requesting bids for the restoration of the courtyard at the Norwalk Senior Center, 11 Allen Rd Norwalk; consisting of brick patio, bocce court, lawn and planter area. The existing elements are to be removed and to be replaced with 2,550 square feet concrete patio connected to the building and parking area via a new accessible stair, ramp and walkways. The project is partially funded in part through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
