Monitoring, Inspection, Testing, Maintenance & Repair of Security/Fire System

The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (the “Authority”) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) seeking a vendor or vendors to provide Security and Fire Systems Monitoring, Testing and Maintenance services (each a “Contractor”). The Authority reserves the right to make one award or multiple awards under this IFB, whichever is deemed to be in its best interest. Any obligations of those submitting bids in response to this IFB (“Bidders”) continue to be obligations of Contractor(s) when awarded.
