Invitation to Submit Lease Proposal -Central Connecticut

The State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services, will accept lease proposals/site offerings from property owners or their representative(s) through 3 p.m. August 10, 2026, to lease up to 3,300 net usable square feet of office space, with on-site, reserved, paved and lighted parking for 33 cars in Central Connecticut for use and occupancy by the Division of Criminal Justice for a term of five (5) years. Offers from option holders cannot be considered. The premises must be accessible to individuals with disabilities and public transportation. Preference will be given to proponents offering renewal options and/or termination clauses.
