Interior Renovations Board of Education Central Office 50 Nye Road

The Town of Glastonbury is requesting bids from licensed, qualified general contractors for the project: Interior Renovations Board of Education Central Office 50 Nye Rd. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 50 Nye Road Glastonbury, CT 06033, on August 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders are encouraged to attend. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond certified in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid. The successful bidder must provide performance & labor & material payment bonds in the full amount of the agreed contract price. Contract is subject to state spending allocation goals & contract compliance requirements including non-discrimination requirements enforced by CHRO. Bidders are advised that this project is subject to the prevailing wage requirements of CT General Statutes Section 31-53. Bidders must be prequalified to perform the work for the Project pursuant to the DAS Contractor Prequalification Program.
