The Metropolitan District (MDC)is inviting companies to submit bids on Contract Number 2026B-19 for Primary and Secondary Biofilter Rehabilitation at the Hartford Water Pollution Control Facility. There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference for all prospective bidders bidding on this Contract to be held at the construction trailer located at 240 Brainard Road, Hartford, Connecticut at 10:30 AM on July 23, 2026.
